Instructions for installation:

• 1) Download software and save to your computer.
  2) Double-click setup.exe and Follow instructions to install the secure software application
  3) After creating a username/password, start dictation After clicking the record button
  4) Send the saved file for transcription by clicking on the send button.

How to Dictate in STELLAR-MTS:

STEP:1
After installing the software the STELLAR-MTS icon appears on your screen. By simply double clicking the icon the control panel appears for you to start your dictation.

STEP:2
By simply clicking the Dictation in the menu which gives you an option to,

• 1)New Dictation :To start the dictation, Select the New dictation in the menu and thereby entering the file name, and start dictating by clicking the record button, once completed u can either send directly for transcribing to STELLAR or you could store the file in your PC to send later.
  
• 2)Review Unsent Files :By selecting this option you could review all the Unsent files in your PC. After reviewing you could either send the file to us for transcribing or delete the file.
• 3)Review Sent Files :Once the dictation is over and sent to STELLAR for transcribing a copy of that file is generated automatically and gets stored in your local PC for your reference. By selecting this option you could review all the Sent files in your PC and if you have an option to delete the file also.
  
• 4)Exit :By clicking you could exit from the application.

STEP:3
The Final transcript is sent to a user defined location:

• 1)sent to their personal email address,
• 2)sent to their secretary, or
• 3)held on our secure user folder for you to pull off at your convenience.
